Teams, members, and roles

Company teams, staff invites, custom roles, and project guests.

Company workspaces only for Teams and Members. Personal workspaces have no staff roster. These screens are hidden in All workspaces.

Teams

  1. Open Teams.
  2. New team, name it, and save.
  3. Open a team to add members and attach projects.

You can also invite someone to the org from Teams (email → we send the member invite).

Members & roles

  1. Open Members (Members & roles).
  2. Invite member, choose email and a role (not Owner). We email /invites/org/...; you can still copy the link.
  3. They must be signed in, then accept. Free org plans cap seats (including pending invites).

Change a member’s role from the table (except the Owner preset). Remove members you no longer need.

Custom roles

Owners/admins can create or edit named roles and set each resource to None / View / Operate. Pick a role in the list to see or edit its matrix.

Project roles

Freelancer project invite

From project members, invite a freelancer. We email /invites/.... They accept and find the work under Shared with me. That does not add them as company staff.
