Getting started

⚡blixor is for tracking projects, tasks, and time — as a freelancer or with a team.

Create an account

1. Open Register.
2. Choose Freelancer or Company:
   • Freelancer — personal workspace plus clients. You are the owner. There is no Teams or Members screen.
   • Company — a company workspace with staff, teams, clients, and roles. You become the Owner.
3. Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).
4. Complete the verification challenge, then submit.
5. You land on Home.

Sign in

1. Open Log in.
2. Enter email and password, complete verification, then submit.
3. You go to Projects.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? or open Forgot password.
2. Enter your account email and complete verification.
3. Check your inbox for Reset your ⚡blixor password (requires SMTP on the server).
4. Open the link, choose a new password (at least 8 characters), and submit.
5. Sign in with the new password.

Reset links expire after one hour. If SMTP is not set up locally, the API logs the reset URL to the server console.

While signed in, you can also change your password on Profile. See Account and app.

Accept an invite

Invites are emailed to that address. The link only works after you are signed in. If you are new, register first, then open the invite again. If SMTP is not set up locally, copy the link from the app; the API also logs the path.

• Company staff: /invites/org/... — join that workspace.
• Client portal: /invites/client/... — see that company’s shared projects.
• Freelancer on a company project: /invites/... — the project appears under Shared.

First hour

1. Create a project.
2. Add a task.
3. Start a timer.

Menus change with your role and workspace. Viewers and client-portal users see fewer actions than owners and admins.
