Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚡blixor sells digital subscriptions. There is no physical shipping.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or experienced a verified billing issue, contact support@tryblixor.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

Free plans

Free tiers have usage limits (hours, storage, seats). No payment is required; upgrading is optional when you need higher limits.

Payment processor

Charges appear from Dodo Payments. Disputes may also be handled through your payment provider per their policies.
