Notifications

The bell in the header lists in-app notifications. Unread counts also show on Home. Open an item to jump to the project or task, or mark read / mark all read.

Channels and events

Open account menu → Notifications (Notification settings). This page works in All workspaces.

Events:

• Project created
• Added to project
• Task assigned
• Task due soon / overdue
• Mentioned in a comment
• Comment on assigned task

Channels: In-app, Push, Email, WhatsApp.

1. Select a project.
2. Toggle channels per event.
3. Save project preferences.

Defaults apply until you override a project.

Push

Click Enable browser push (or install the PWA on iOS first). If the browser blocked permission, change it in browser settings.

Email and WhatsApp

Email uses your account address. WhatsApp needs a phone in E.164 (example: +14155552671).

1. Save the number on Notifications (Save phone) or Profile.
2. Enable WhatsApp on the events you want.

Delivery only works when the workspace has those adapters configured.
