Billing and plans

Billing is single workspace and Owner for upgrades. Others can see usage; only the owner can pay.

What is metered

• Hours per month (UTC reset)
• Storage for file attachments (orgs share a pool per member)
• Seats on company workspaces (members plus pending invites)

When you hit a cap, a plan-limit banner appears on the action (for example inviting someone).

Plans

Freelancer

• Free — 120 hours / month, 50 MB, personal workspace + clients
• Pro — $5 / month, unlimited hours, 500 MB

Organization

• Free — up to 5 people, 500 hours / month, 20 MB per member (org pool)
• Pro — $5 / user / month, unlimited people and hours, 200 MB per user (org pool)

Upgrade or manage

1. Switch to the workspace you want to bill.
2. Open account menu → Billing.
3. Read Current plan and the usage meters.
4. Owner on Free: Upgrade to Pro (Dodo Payments checkout). After return, the plan can take a minute to update.
5. Owner on Pro: Cancel at period end, or Update payment method if the subscription is on hold.

Non-owners see: Ask your organization owner to upgrade this workspace.
